黃維持雙行政中心 入住新營官邸
中國時報【莊曜聰╱台南報導】
針對選前多位市長、議員選將提出的大溪北邊緣化問題，準台南市長黃偉哲27日指出，維持雙行政中心有必要，未來不會偏廢，而且他將入住位於新營的市長官邸，持續加強溪北建設。
黃偉哲說，縣市合併後，大台南市幅員遼闊，以市政運作來看，維持永華、民治雙行政中心並行不變是較好選擇，如果偏廢任何一邊，會造成相對剝奪感，因此會繼續維持這樣的運作方式。
位在新營的台南市長官邸，自縣市合併升格，首任台南直轄市長賴清德上任以來，除了偶爾做為會議用途外，並無人居住，現在總算等到新主人。黃偉哲指出，自己出身原台南縣區，上任市長後將會入住位於新營的官邸，並在市政規畫的基礎上，加強大溪北地區的發展。
台南市政府祕書處指出，永華行政中心約有1800位員工，民治行政中心則有1100位員工，各局處科室也依業務範圍平均分配，部分有因整併而裁減人數，並不影響運作；市長官邸部分，因之前格局配置稍有改變，以會議用途為主，若新任市長有需求，將再做規畫調整。
